Personally I am a fan of Revlon products and this time I am reviewing yet another product from Revlon only. It is Revlon Lash Fantasy Total Definition Mascara. I guess I purchased it 3-4 months ago. The major thing which made me fell for this one is its concept. And yet again Revlon lived up to its claims and my expectations. I purchased the blackest black colour. It is available in black and blackened brown as well.

My Take on Revlon lash Fantasy Total Definition Mascara
The mascara comes in a dual end tube. On one end it has a primer and on the other end it has mascara. Brushes at both the ends are identical. Its flexible bristles are much better than the traditional stiffer ones. The brushes separates the lashes and gives them volume pretty well.
It is preferable that you use an eyelash curler and curl your eye lashes before applying the mascara. You are supposed to apply the primer on the lashes first followed by the mascara. The primer helps your lashes curl up beautifully and it also prevents smudging and clumping of the mascara. The primer dries in no time and is not at all heavy on eyes. The next and final step is to apply the mascara on the primed eyelashes. Just a couple of coats and you are ready to move out.
The mascara does not have any fragrance. Its waterproof and very much long lasting that too without any smudging. It stays on my lashes easily for 7-8 hours and then after I need to remove it with a good makeup remover. I have to try really hard to remove it from eye lashes. The product is quite travel friendly and there is an added advantage that you need not carry a separate primer with you as you already know you get a primer and mascara in one product. So it saves money and bag space. The mascara does not smudge at all even when I am out in sun for hours. That is the thing we all look for in an ideal mascara, Apart from that it does make my eye lashes look longer and thicker. It gives eye lashes the much needed volume. The mascara surely lives up to its claims of thicker and lengthened eye lashes.

One more thing which I would like to bring to your notice is that you can skip the primer in case you want to keep it casual, subtle and simple. But if you want a look with more impact then use the primer first under the mascara to build up the lashes. Another tip I want to give here is that you can use the primer with any other shade or brand of mascara too.
I would like to add on that you need to be a bit careful while applying the primer, if not applied properly the mascara can clump.
